Score > Smartness?

Our Schools only judge students by their Score and not by there Skills or Extra Curricular Activities which they're good at. Our education system just tests our memory power, not our intelligence. It doesn't make sense If we judge Cricketer by his Footballing skills, a Singer with his dancing skills. Actually, S.C.H.O.O.L 's full form should've been "Six Cruel Hours Of Our Life". The only thing our schools are good at is killing creativity and innovative ideas by yelling "Yo talai ke kaam, exam ma aaudaina". Students think they are useless, they get discouraged because they're made to learn which they don't have an interest in and attempt suicide. School & Colleges education system is the culprit for teenage suicide.

what if?

what if the society has been equally culprit? Imagine students 'Ram' and 'Sam'. Ram is a fine artist and Sam is a science nerd and in the final exam of the high school, Ram fails but Sam passes with a good grade. The amount of humiliation Ram gets is infinite. The horror starts when some of the relatives come ringing the bell as if they care. They manipulate Ram's parents in believing how his future has been destroyed because he failed the exam. Ram is criticized for not being like Sam. He gets discouraged, demotivated and he starts thinking he's actually worthless. His art skills are forgotten that day. Even though it comes up in family conversation at some point, he isn't let to pursue that as a career. He again gets compared to Sam who recently got enrolled in IOE for engineering. Ram is made to believe he is useless. Ram is deprived of love and support he needs and that's what lead to suicidal thoughts. Most students like Ram already imagine before the Result day what'll happen to them if they fail and end up killing themselves. Still wonder why Nepal is not moving forward?

Yes, Suicide is not a solution. It's the consequence led by bad parenting, evil society and unmanaged educational System of Nepal!
